We had a customer recently contact us due to a leaking evaporator coil in their HVAC system. Understanding the urgent nature of the issue, we promptly attended to their service call. Our team was able to diagnose and confirm the source of the leakage to be the evaporator coil. We then took the necessary steps to replace this critical component. Using our expert knowledge and high-quality parts, we ensured the customer's HVAC system was returned to best possible condition. The customer reached out to us to service their three split systems, with an added request for increasing the size of their return plenum and filter grille. To effectively meet their needs, we employed NuCalgon self rinse for the cleaning process, ensuring the systems function efficiently. Additionally, we used algaecide pan treatment tablets to prevent any possible algae growth that could compromise the systems. We also successfully installed a Vision Pro Thermostat with a remote sensor for easier control. The enhancements to the setup are expected to significantly improve comfort and system efficiency.

We were recently called to a job where the customer was experiencing insufficient cooling from their AC. After inspecting the unit, we identified the issue as a shortage of R410 refrigerant, which we promptly added to tackle the immediate problem. To prevent further issues and ensure optimal functioning of the system, we proposed to replace the liquid line drier and add a NuCalgon stop leak as a precautionary measure. Our team was delighted to help this customer improve the cooling efficiency of their air conditioner and ensure a comfortable atmosphere in their home.

We were contacted by the customer due to issues relating to their condensate p trap. After a thorough inspection, we used co2 to successfully flush out the system. To further ensure this issue doesn't reoccur, we added Nu-Calgon algaecide tablets to the condensate drain pan. This will help maintain clear drain lines and prevent accumulation of unwanted algae or fungi. We are proud to offer solutions tailored specifically to our customer's needs. Today, we visited a customer's home who requested our professional help for the Preventive Maintenance of their split system. The air handler was tucked up in the attic, showing signs that it needed our care. Our skilled team promptly got to work. We focused on ensuring the evaporator coil was in top-notch condition by using our trusted Nu-Calgon self-rinse solution. A thorough rinil! But we didn't stop there. To further cover all bases and maximize efficiency, we also added Nu-Calgon condensate treatment tablets to the condensate drain. It was then time to pay attention to the exterior part, the condenser coil. We got that up to speed too with a good wash. It's gleaming now! Always a pleasure to help our customers.

Our team was contacted by the customer due to some issues they were experiencing with their air handler and condenser. There were problems with leaks in the condenser and no filter base under their air handler. To fix the issues, we stepped in and reinstalled the air handler, adding a filter base underneath it. We also added a condensate p-trap to help control the humidity levels. Additionally, the leaks in the condenser were fixed, ensuring it is now operating efficiently. The filter base we added uses a 20 x 20 filter. Importantly, the system was topped off with R410a refrigerant. It's always a pleasure to help our customers with tailored solutions for their specific problems.

Without wasting any time, we hopped right into it, focusing on replacing the compressor and circuit board to get things back up and running smoothly. And guess what? That's just what we did! To top off this repair, we pumped it with R 410a refrigerant for a seamless functioning. Now that's called dedication to service! Fixing issues with care, one condenser at a time.

Just finished up an enjoyable job helping out a customer with some faulty wires on their condenser. They reached out to us concerned that their unit wasn't running as smooth as it should. We found the root was some pesky wires in need of a fix. So, we rolled up our sleeves and got to work using our trusty wire nuts, electrical tape and an electrical meter. Happy to report the condenser's back up and running as good as new. It's always a pleasure to bring peace of mind to our customers, knowing their unit's in safe hands.

We got right on it and checked their condenser; it needed our full attention! To tackle the issue, we performed a service condenser, ensuring it's up and running effectively. We discovered that the system needed a little more refrigerant, so we also added some 410a refrigerant to keep it in tip-top shape.
